Acro Class at LDPAS 🤸‍♀️

Our Acro class combines the strength and flexibility of gymnastics with the technique and performance quality of dance. Students will work on developing balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, and control while learning exciting acro skills such as rolls, balances, bridges, walkovers, and partner work.

Classes are taught in a safe, supportive, and fun environment, helping students build confidence as they progress through new skills at their own pace. Acro is a fantastic way to improve overall body awareness and technique, which also supports dance and musical theatre performance.
Led by our fantastic teacher Zoe, this class is perfect for students who love to move, tumble, and challenge themselves while having lots of fun!
